International availability may vary by product size, weight, and destination. If international shipping is unavailable for a specific product, our team will notify you prior to order processing.

Carrier selection is based on product size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.

Order Processing Time

Orders are reviewed and confirmed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Once availability is confirmed with the manufacturer or warehouse, payment is captured.

In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days after processing.

If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will contact you by email before processing payment.

Estimated transit times after shipment:

Accessories: 3–7 business days

Heaters & Chillers: 5–10 business days

Saunas, Cold Plunges, Hot Tubs & Outdoor Showers (Freight): 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier scheduling, and weather conditions.

Freight Delivery Details (Important)

Large items ship via LTL freight and include:

Curbside delivery only

Delivery appointment scheduled by the carrier

Customer must be present to receive and inspect shipment

White glove delivery, inside delivery, or installation services are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout or arranged in advance.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout

Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse

If tracking is not received within 6 business days, please contact us at 

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival:

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing

Email photos of damage to sales@purelysaunas.com
 within 24 hours of delivery

We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf when applicable.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund

Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administrative fee

If an order has shipped, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

At Purely Saunas, we aim to offer fair and competitive pricing across our selection of saunas, cold plunges, hot tubs, outdoor showers, and wellness accessories.

If you find the same product offered at a lower price by an authorized retailer, we invite you to contact us. When eligible, we will review the request and match the verified price in accordance with the terms below.

How the Price Match Works

To request a price match, please provide:

A link to the competitor’s product listing

Confirmation that the item is identical in brand, model, and condition

Verification that the retailer is authorized and operating within the same market

Once reviewed, and if approved, we will match the qualifying price prior to purchase or adjust the price according to our policy.

Eligibility Guidelines

Price match requests must meet the following conditions:

The product must be new, unused, and in stock with the competitor

The retailer must be an authorized seller of the product

Pricing must be publicly listed and verifiable (no private quotes, bundles, or membership pricing)

Clearance, liquidation, flash sales, limited-time promotions, and pricing errors are excluded

Shipping, taxes, and installation services are not included in price comparisons

Purely Saunas reserves the right to verify pricing and decline requests that do not meet these criteria.
