Track Your Order

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming that we’ve received your purchase. At this stage, your payment method is pre-authorized, but not yet charged.

We immediately contact our supplier partners to confirm product availability.

If an item is unavailable or on backorder, the pre-authorization will be voided and you’ll be notified by email.

If your item is in stock and ready to ship (typically within 5 business days), payment will be processed and your order will move forward to fulfillment.

Order Shipment & Tracking

In-stock orders ship within 5 business days from the date your order is placed.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 24 hours. Tracking will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
