Returns & Refunds Policy

At Purely Saunas, we strive to provide a transparent and fair returns process.

Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Because many of our products are large, specialized, or shipped via freight, returns are subject to the conditions below:

The item must be in its original packaging/crate and  unused to qualify for a return.

Returns are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing by Purely Saunas prior to return 

Returns are only accepted within 48 hours (2 Days) of the customer receiving the product

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

 We do not accept exchanges

Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products may not be eligible for return

Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been installed, used, or modified

Products damaged after delivery

Items without original packaging

Custom or made-to-order products

Clearance or final sale items

Return Authorization Process

To request a return:

 within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and reason for return

Await written return authorization before shipping any item back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Freight returns may incur significant shipping fees depending on size and location

A $50 administrative fee applies to all approved returns

Restocking Fee: 25% 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Any additional fees charged by the manufacturer or freight carrier may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

Inspection typically takes 5–10 business days

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Refund amounts may be reduced due to:

Restocking fees charged by the manufacturer

Return shipping costs

Damage, missing components, or packaging issues

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Inspect the shipment upon delivery

Note damage on the delivery receipt

Email photos to sales@purelysaunas.com
 within 24 hours of delivery

We will coordinate with the carrier and manufacturer to protect you under applicable freight insurance or warranty terms.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund

Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administrative fee

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return authorization process

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If approved, returned items must be refunded first, and a new order placed.
