Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you by email before processing the order.

Freight Delivery Details (Large Items)
Large products shipped via LTL freight include:

Curbside delivery only

Delivery appointment scheduled by the carrier

Customer must be present to receive and inspect the shipment
White glove delivery, inside delivery, or installation services are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout or arranged in advance.
Order Confirmation & Tracking

An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout

Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse

Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival.
If damage is visible:

Note all damage on the delivery receipt before signing

Email photos of the damage to sales@purelysaunas.com within 24 hours of delivery
When applicable, we will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund

Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administrative fee

Restocking fee: 25%

If an order has shipped, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
