International shipping outside these regions may be available on select products and destinations. Availability depends on product size, weight, and carrier limitations. If international shipping is unavailable for a specific order, you will be notified before processing.

Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are reviewed and confirmed within 1–2 business days after purchase
Handling time: approximately 1–3 business days
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you by email before processing the order.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.
Transit time: approximately 3–10 business days
Total delivery timeframe: approximately 6–12 business days (handling + transit)
Estimated transit times by product category:
Accessories: 3–7 business days
Heaters & Chillers: 5–10 business days
Saunas, Cold Plunges, Hot Tubs & Outdoor Showers (Freight): 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier scheduling, weather conditions, and freight availability.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers, including:
FedEx
UPS
LTL Freight Carriers for large or oversized items
Carrier selection is determined by product size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.
Freight Delivery Details (Large Items)
Large products shipped via LTL freight include:
Curbside delivery only
Delivery appointment scheduled by the carrier
Customer must be present to receive and inspect the shipment
White glove delivery, inside delivery, or installation services are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout or arranged in advance.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout
Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse

Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival.
If damage is visible:
Note all damage on the delivery receipt before signing
Email photos of the damage to sales@purelysaunas.com within 24 hours of delivery
When applicable, we will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund
Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administrative fee
Restocking fee: 25%
If an order has shipped, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
